PRIVATE CANVAS PAINTING CLASS/PARTY - IN STUDIO

When booking your private event, you have exclusive access to the studio for the date and time you have secured. I do not rush you through your art however, I do ask that you respect my time and limit the party/class time to a maximum of 4 hours from start to finish! Most paintings take approximately 2 hours. Guests (such as parents of guests) may attend. However, Anyone who will be painting will be required to be included in the final count. 

Here’s how it works…

  • Pick your painting choice (SEE GALLERY FOR OPTIONS) Adult Class/Party starts at $350 Kids Class/Party start at $250.

  • Friday and Saturday nights are exclusively set for my regularly scheduled classes here in my studio. Private classes/parties can only be booked during those times with a minimum of 22 people attending.  We are happy to book you for weekend dates during the daytime hours on those days for smaller groups.

  • PICK A DATE and TIME that works for you then CONTACT me to BOOK IT. Dates/times are subject to availability. You are not booked until I have confirmed receipt of your deposit.

  • A $50 deposit must be paid to hold your date/time. The remaining amount is due in full at least 72 hours prior to the event. I am happy to provide you with an invoice to pay in full at the time of booking if you choose. Please provide me an email address to send it to.   

  • FULL STEP BY STEP instructions and all materials are provided to help you and your friends or guests create a one of a kind piece of art. 

  • Food is NOT provided at private events however, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We always offer coffee, tea, and water at our coffee bar. Feel free to bring your own beer or wine. Must be 21 years to bring or consume alcohol on the premises. NO HARD LIQUOR ALLOWED! 

  • For birthday parties or other special occasions, you are welcome to decorate as long as you do not remove or damage any existing décor. Streamers, hanging cardboard or metallic cutouts and balloons are a good option. (I can provide Balloon décor for your event for an extra fee.)

 

HOSTING AN EVENT AT YOUR LOCATION?

NO PROBLEM...

You provide the space, the tables, table covers, the chairs, the food, and the drinks….and we handle the rest!

We bring the supplies to you. Everything needed to create your piece of art is provided. 

I do require a $50 non-refundable deposit that holds your date and time. The remaining amount is due in full at least 72 hours prior to your event. 

There is an additional charge for travel further than 30 minutes.
