PRIVATE KIDS PARTY OR EVENT - IN STUDIO~OR AT A LOCATION OF YOUR CHOICE

For Children ages 5-17. 

We require a minimum of 10 but, we can accommodate up to 20 guests for Kids Events. When booking your private event, you have exclusive access to the studio for the date and time you have secured. I do not rush your child through their art, however I do ask that you respect my time and limit the party/class time to a maximum of 4 hours from start to finish! Most paintings take approximately 1.5-2 hours.

To limit disruption of the class, we only allow up to 4 non-paying guests to be present IN THE STUDIO during your child’s party. This includes parents, siblings, or other non-participating guests.

Here’s how it works:

FOR CANVAS PAINTING: Your child selects a painting from our Kid friendly Painting Gallery (COMING SOON)

FOR WOOD SIGN PROJECTS: Your child chooses an option from our Kid friendly wood sign Gallery (COMING SOON)

Price is $25 per child regardless of choice.

​

You MUST have a minimum of 10 guests (including the birthday child) to book a private kids’ party.

Dates/times are subject to availability. You are not booked until I have confirmed receipt of your deposit.

Pay the deposit.  There is a $50 deposit which holds your date and time. THE DEPOSIT IS ALSO CONSIDERED PARTIAL PAYMENT.  The remaining amount is due on the day of the event. The minimum fee for a kids’ party is $250. If you have more than 10 children, each additional child costs an additional $25. The remainder of the payment is due the day of the party.

FULL STEP BY STEP instructions and all materials are provided to help your child and their friends create a one of a kind piece of art.

•  Feel free to bring FOOD, DRINKS AND CAKE. We always make time for cake!

•  You are welcome to decorate as long as you do not remove or damage any existing décor.

Streamers, hanging cardboard or metallic cutouts and balloons are a good option. (I can provide Balloon décor for your event for an extra fee.)

NO PROBLEM!

You provide the space, tables, chairs, food,drinks, and CAKE (of course)…. and we handle the rest! We provide all supplies needed for your child and their guests to create a beautiful piece of art they'll be proud of. A small travel fee applies for travel outside the Yuba Sutter Counties.
