Due to the custom nature of all our classes and workshops, there are no refunds. However, if you cancel within 48 hours notice, you will get a full credit that can be used for future workshops. The credit is valid for up to 6 months from the original scheduled class. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future class or workshop! You can transfer your registration to a friend or relative, otherwise you forfeit your registration fee in full.

Yes! Wine or beer may be brought to class unless otherwise specified in the class description. This is not the place to get LOADED and LOSE CONTROL SO, NO HARD ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED DURING REGULARLY SCHEDULED CLASSES. Exceptions apply for Private events.

PayPal is a reputable company with enough security and consumer protection in place to keep you safe online. Data security: PayPal's website is secure and encrypted.

In order to prevent disruption of the class, anyone arriving later than 15 minutes after the start time will not be allowed to enter the workshop AND their reservation fee will NOT be refunded! Classes will start on time whether you are present or not.

No one may attend a class, or sit in on a class, without being a registered participant. If you have some extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. (Excludes private events)

No one may attend any class without being a registered participate.

We suggest you wear something you don't mind getting paint on. We do provide everyone with an apron however, the apron does not always cover everything. Long or dangling sleeves or your sunday best outfit is not recommended.

We encourage you to come early to save your seats. However, if you get in touch prior to the class, I will try to accomidate your group based on the seating available at each class.

I schedule classes/ workshops based on interest. If there is enough interest or the event sells out quickly, I may schedule a new date. If you are interested in a class/workshop but either can not attend that date or the date is sold out, please contact me and let me know you are interested and I will add your name to my wait list. I do not offer one on one classes at this time. However, if I have enough interest in this I may in the future so please don't hesitate to let me know you are interested in that option.

Yes. However I will not meet-up with you to do so. You can make arrangements to deliver the deposit to me at my studio during regular working times ONLY.
